As I always say, you don't make money when you sell! And I always get the same perplexed response! Don't worry, it is a normal response. What I am saying is, if you pay too much at the front end, you'll loose it on the back end(when you sell). I am not saying you have to buy your property under market value, but you should avoid pay too much over.
