Jim and his family moved to Calgary in early 1993 to be closer to our Majestic Rocky Mountains and the many recreational opportunities that this great city has to offer. From World Class Skiing within an hour’s drive, to the crisp cool waters of the beautiful Bow River and its Blue Ribbon fishing only minutes away, this city we call home is unsurpassed in so many ways.
I have been in Real Estate in Calgary for 20 years and have a wealth of experience in both the Resale and New markets.

Every property I list is professionally marketed and presented through both the entire real estate comunity as well as a merid of other marketing techniques, and many through referrals of my thousands of past clients. My tenure in the New Home business was very successful, being the top producer in that area for 13 years, I gained exceptional knowledge of the inner workings of a builder from Design, Construction, Marketing and how they get the deal done-THERE ARE MANY PITFALLS and it costs you nothing as a client to allow me to help you through this sometimes "tricky" process.
