Now is the time to buy! The MLS listings are down 30% and the sales count is up. A few factors will push the market up over the next year or two. 1)  Oil prices, and the turmoil occuring around the globe-thanks to the internet among other things. 2) The economy is stabalizing,  in our country at least, and they are coming - inmigration to Alberta will Rock and Roll over the next few years. 3) We have a majority government, thank goodness, decisions WILL be made and no elections for at least 4 years- Ya Hoo!! 4) Interest rates will stay relatively low. These are my opinions of course, but I am buying now, so should you if your thinking of it.
